i used to have headaches which were more of a migraine...ihad sensitivity from sound n light ...i kept crying for whole month ..sometimes it wason one side..sometimes the other or both..the only difference was they stoppped for some hours or minutes and comeback more intense ...this situation stayed for month...but doc said it was just headaches

Tips
Take meds
SLEEP
eat saltines or something
Put on a show to distract yourself (preferably a comedy NOT A CARTOON(to bright))
Have someone else take care of you (it helps)
Find out what triggers them and stop it(stress for me)
