I have had three heart surgeries to replace my aortic valve. Before my first surgery, my EF was 9. They couldn’t believe I was alive. Second surgery EF was 45. It was a struggle to do most anything. Now after my third valve replacement, my EF is 65! Feeling so much better. Thank goodness for amazing surgeons! You guys truly are life savers!

I've had swallen ankles and legs twice also getting out of breath and heart beating fast carrying heavy objects also walking up stairs i' m 52 quit smoking and started excersize and changed diet now I get up 40 steps. I became ill with a flue after that it weakend my heart. No processed food read ingredents in all foods now and go walking alot cut down sugar trying to quit that aswell. If your body givrs you a warning take it serious
