At least SE still cares about Dragon Quest! This is such a great remake of my second favorite DQ game. Polished and rewarding gameplay, the new content drops right in and yes the type an and b character creation is weird but beyond that and the opening cutscene the “inclusivity” is mostly ignored. I chose type b heroine. When the game describes her it’s as she. Other npc’s recognize her as Ortega’s daughter so it’s no big deal honestly. 100% recommend to fans new and old.
