Yeah , i dont wear my hair out, always tied up. First time i cut my hair really short which i regret cuz i couldnt tie it up, now i have long halr. Thankfully it all comes back but takes a bit longer if u continue to breastfeed (i did for 2 years first time and had hairloss more than my average during the whole breastfeeding journey)

And my hair was just getting better before pregnancy and looking full during..now 4 months postpartum and hair is back to square one๐ข im still taking prenatal and folic acid and biotin....i am crossing my fingers

Same! And i dont have a ton of hair anyway. It started around month 4 pp and now at 1 year I've got about an inch and a half of baby hair, the fly away look is not my fav ๐ซค
