Ok but actually though. I'm able to do 8 knee push ups pretty well, and 3-4 regular push ups with decent form is my current max. Seeing these and actually experiencing how accurate at least one of them is is actually really motivating me to take it even farther next year. Thanks for the inspo and sharing your fitness journey 💕

Not me only being able to hold a 6 second plank. Tbf I just did sit-ups yesterday and my core is a bit sore and that's what forced me to stop. If I remember I'll try again once I'm feeling good.
Edit: Ok 3 days later and here's the result: I CAN hold a 30 second plank, BUT I have to push myself more than I'm currently comfortable with. I definitely need to build up my core strength more before I'm ready to move on. I'll update again if I remember.
