I agree back squats are the best, but after decades of bending too much at the bottom I developed some bulging discs. So I've just started front squats for the first time. They felt good with just the bar, but now I'm using 100 lbs and even at that light weight having trouble holding the bar on the shoulders. Any tips? I see Arnold is using a pad, maybe that will help.

i always find fun the fact that the children on the internet do not know that volume is a main driver of hypertrophy. furthermore, that they know more than arnold which is insanity and ignorance at its finest. i dont think arnold knew what he was doing, i know he did. i am an issa elite trainer with 18 certifications from science for sport.
