I feel like the difference is you can fully be yourself and dumb while playing games. But if you say something dumb/"wrong" trying to become friends or more with someone they never talk to you again.
Which sucks when you haven't talked to anyone in years then finally have someone contact you only to ghost you. (It was only over texting, I never met/talked to them and I absolutely suck at texting).

Women in relationships need to learn that communication is key. It’s pretty easy to figure out what one needs when they actually take the time to vocalize their feelings. It would be a lot harder to play a shooter game if your mate just replied with, “Oh, it’s alright, some guy is just about to shoot me dead and things would be better if you were right here, but it’s fine.”

Most of us probably doesn't have the balls to talk to our crush or a girl unless they're our friend. We have good communication skills when it's only us men having a conversation, we have some sort of mind to mind connection and when one of us thinks to do a stupid sh!t, we do that stupid sh!t.
