2. Buy the following seeds: Carrots (4oz), Beets (4oz), Zucchini (7g), Radishes (1 oz), Spinach (15g), Arugula (1g) , Lettuce Mix (2.5g) , Kale (1 oz) @trueleafmarket @johnnys_seeds @epicgardening @migardener @highmowingorganicseeds (or your favorite seed company)
3. The week of your average last frost sow the following:
-one 5 foot section of the bed with 4 rows of Radishes (follow seed packet for in row density)
-one 5 foot section of the bed with 4 rows of Carrots (follow seed packet for in row density)
-one 5 foot section of the bed with 3 rows of Beets (follow seed packet for in row density)
-one 5 foot section of the bed with 2 rows EACH of Arugula, Spinach, and Lettuce Mix (follow seed packet for in row density)
4. 1 week after your average last frost sow:
-one 5 foot section of the bed with 1 row of Zucchini Seeds 15 inches apart
5. Water with wobbler sprinkler for 2 hours 1-3 times a week if no rain and multiple times only if 90°F or above.
6. As you harvest each spring planting, re-sow a new crop for fall in the same space like so:
-Harvest Radish Section (~8lbs) around 30 days later and replant to 2 rows of Kale Seeds 15 inches apart
-Harvest Beet Section (~12lbs) around 55 days later and replant to 4 rows of Carrots (follow seed packet for in row density)
-Harvest Arugula, Lettuce, & Spinach (~3lbs) Section around 55 days later and replant to 4 rows of Carrots (follow seed packet for in row density)
-Harvest Carrot Section (~15lbs) around 75 days later and replant to 4 rows of Spinach (follow seed packet for in row density)
7. Leave the Fall Carrots (~30lbs), Kale (~6lbs), & Spinach (~3lbs) in the ground until 25°F is in the forecast, and harvest as needed.
