I’m so over the food recalls! This is why I’ve made it a personal mission to grow as much as possible for my family!
I would like to stuff my freezers with as much healthy nutritious greens and veggies (carrots bell peppers tomatoes onions etc) as possible!
➡️I’m growing a new strawberry bed this year and attempting to grow the purple sweet potato!
And while we wait for all of this to grow in, we are eating broccoli Microgreens like crazy; lettuce and radishes from the greenhouses! So much health in all of those!
➡️The reel shows what I currently have growing under lights in my basement - as soon as this cold snowy weather passes, I’ll be moving all of these to my greenhouses where they will grow on beautifully! (Yesterday I was able to transplant that big tray of radishes to the greenhouses!)
