Love bone broth and ginger and the two together are so delicious. Highly recommend.
I've been drinking a lot more bone broth lately (mainly because I discovered you can buy it in bulk at Costco). It is the perfect thing to have if I'm hungry but still haven't made dinner yet. I can be much more patient and focused on dinner preparation this way and it isn't something that will completely kill your appetite. Depending on your diet, I also recommend adding fresh lemon juice* and honey to your bone broth (as well as some salt, if needed). It is the perfect combination of sweet and savory!
*If you're out of lemons, apple cider vinegar is a very good substitute.

I don't recommend the fermented dairy. Gut issues often come with histamine issues. Gotta go easy with anything fermented until this is under control. Dairy is often one of the least tolerated and most inflammatory food groups. So avoid that until things settle down. Glutamine is a win though! And highly recommend easing into prebiotic fibres. I worked with Kirsten Greenes SIBO clinic, it's been slow progress but the only thing that's ever made a real difference. Love your channel!
