Yes but the existing infra itself is not in a great shape, navigating this would be just too much hassle no?
Besides, i don't see cars chaging directions a lot in traffic, so how are we assuming the bikers will use it well?
Theres also always some or the other guy who's just going slow because he's looking around. This happens less with cars - if they lack self awareness, the horns from behind will give them some. While it is annoying, the slow guy doesn't become a watch out for me zone, he becomes a wiggle your bike around me and hard accelerate suddenly zone.

As a 2 wheeler majority transport system, at least we should have motorcycle only lanes. We just have to use 1 lane split into 2 small lanes for motorcycles. At intersections motorcycles have to yield to left turning cars.
But I like his idea of elevated roads.

Yes I do think this is a great idea and as of the accident is not serious between 2 wheeler as compared to 4 wheeler.
For ola and uber they can have a strict policy for them as only go up only for long distance
