Lekin ek saath 100 gms daal kha nhu sakthe....mere suggestion 50 gms serving rakho..50 gm daal only daal bol rha hu..tomatar,pyaas ye sab daal k cook karne k baad heavy hoga..usse 13 gm protein milega...ek egg add karo...including rice aapko 24 gms tak protein milega which is good in one meal..thoda salad bhi add karo fibre bhi milega...

Basically the difference is ki Dal banao toh thodi Gaadhi rakho , Taaki reality mein daal kha sako naki Paani . Patli daal matlab zyaada paani . Dal ko patla nhi gaadha rakho
