Yep. Remember, HR is there to Reduce Risk for the company.
They are there to help the company mitigate issues and avoid lawsuits.
They are not on your side.
If you have a REAL problem at working, you need to collect evidence and be able to provide the receipts.
You can use HR to help mitigate some issues, but you need to protect YOURSELF.
