You’re doing amazing work and helping Helen tremendously. Often with hoarders – I know a few – the most difficult part is knowing where to start AND trusting the person doing the cleaning. I tried helping a lady like that once... temporary fix. They definitely need help, and from the looks of it Helen has the same mental illness the lady I helped had. Hope she can pull through for her sake.

The fact Helen now has a nice clean home will be a massive aid to her mental health. Hopefully the clean up will put her on the road to recovery so she can work through the issues that brought her to such a build up of despair where she couldn't even imagine where to start or seek help. I feel bad for people like this. I struggle with cleaning (i like being clean but the PHYSICAL ACT of cleaning makes me want to cry). And all the stigma around it how we're just lazy and that we just have to do it. I love what you and people like you are doing here. I cant imagine the releif and the joy they must feel coming back to clean home. And those blankets are Hella cute and look super comfy
