that is not correct.
He has to mention the differences that he calims.
The contents of Quran word by word, verse by verse, surah by surah are the same in any book of Quran.
An English native speaker may pronounce an arabic word differently than an Indonesian, or native Arabic speaker! while the words and meanings remain exacrly untouched.
He has got to mention what differences he claimed!

Lies or he just doesn't know yet. What about the Birmingham Manuscripts
The Birmingham Quran manuscript is a parchment on which two leaves of an early Quranic manuscript are written. In 2015 the manuscript, which is held by the University of Birmingham, was radiocarbon dated to between 568 and 645 CE.

There is a book from the 7th century. After the prophet Muhammad’s (saw) Abu Bakr (ra) who was Muhammad’s (saw) best friend compiled the Quran that every sahabah had memorised so if someone made mistake everyone would be able to correct it. And then from there, there were more and more copies made that were written down exactly the same way, AND it’s at least partially memorised by at least 1.8 BILLION people in the world today. If you asked me and my friend to recite a surah al fatihah for example, although we may pronounce some words differently (due to her being Lebanese and me being Ethiopian) it’ll sound the same except with a few words different due to our accents and our ethnicity. She can pronounce many of the letters much better than me because she already grew up speaking Arabic at least partially in her home as a child while I grew up speaking Amharic and Tigrinya around the home so even so, most of the words are EXACTLY the same.
