That man got his lesson in law from suits. “Hey here’s this 10 page document, I’m gonna throw it on the table so you can read it in 4 seconds flat”

That sounds like the workflow of a public defender. With the amount of cases they need to handle, I am not suprised they find ways to speed this along.

My wife is like this. I ran an experiment while we were dating. She was reading a book, so I looked over her shoulder. The moment she turned a page, I started reading. I got HALFWAY through the FIRST PAGE when she turned it again. To be clear, she wasn't skimming. She just reads incredibly fast. I've watched as she chews through a book the size of Webster's Unabridged Dictionary in a single afternoon. And by "afternoon," I mean maybe three hours. It's impressive. Anytime I get a brick of legalese text, I ask her to read it and give me the Cliff's Notes version. She could probably have gone toe-to-toe with some of history's greatest speed-readers. She also tends to watch videos at double-speed, at least. I think she just perceives time at a faster rate than most people.

how many of those 22 cases were cases you would have chosen if you had more time to look at them?

That's because the attorney doing the scrolling, is looking at one specific spot on each page to see if it's worth his time. He's looking at key factors that will make a case. Often one spot on the page he checks it as hes scrolling, sees the one spot and finishes scrolling to the next page to the next one spot his eyes know exactly where to go and what to see as he's continuously moving to the next. He's got a job to do and he's busy doing it.

Keep in mind, 22 cases, 2 hours. This man can look at and confirm potential cases for ~6 mins (keep on mind 40 cases ~a case every 3 mins on average).

So who's office were you at and why did you take 22 cases from there? Some case brokering guy? A company you worked for or 3rd party?

Hey, I know this feeling!
But I only walked out with 1 case ...of serious headache and low blood sugar.
I had this in year #1 of university, multidimensional mathematics. I was fluent in mathematical notations at the time, and by the end of a 2hour class I had 6-7 handwritten pages of symbols only, no words, small characters and line spacing.

Had a professor who would review things like this. My trick was to set my phone camera facing the board, zoomed in, and taking video everytime he was on a slide. Able to then go home and look at all the scenes and pause to read and screenshot

When you charge by the hour you suffer the cost of people dealing with being charged by the hour.

I’m in the process of trying to sue a very large ltl/courier probably the largest. Suing for suppressing evidence and fraud and possibly racketeering. I was an employee for them a driver the company got sued for an accident I was involved in needless to say even my company appointed/hired attorneys said I was not at fault but the company still labeled me at fault internally. But in litigation the company said it was not my fault. Anyways I’m suing them the case is a bit complicated but very apparent the company lied and suppressed evidence and filed court documents that were false . Having trouble finding an attorney to take a case mainly cause I feel they find it probably difficult to sue this company due to its size. I have a paralegal assisting me sending letters and now in a demand letter. I have documented so much very well sent certified communications kept really good records. Anyways my question is on a large company this size what is the best way to expose fraud at corporate levels to the company and to its shareholders. I do believe the leadership involved has done this in a rouge type of way to where it has been very reckless. What’s the best way to expose this to make them accountable to bring them to the table?
