I am against demolition of PKiN. It might be build by Soviets, might be called a Stalin's Gift, but also incorporates a lot of Polish culture, plus at the begining of 1990's it was a Warsaw's Empire State Building with Marriott and Elektrim being Warsaw's Twin Towers. And Let's not forget about how usable Palace is

In my opinion (37 y.o.,Polish) it should stay. I know that origins of the building is controversial but I think it's one of a kind Warsaw's skyscrapper. It reminds not of USSR but of old Manhattan buildings in New York. And the idea of makeing it lighten up by colorful lights at night is great. It looks great. 👍

The facade should be cleaned, and the building will be better "blended" with the rest of the city when they finally build other buildings in the surrounding area, some of them of similar height and ideally also similar style, e.g. some Art Deco or neo-renessance eclectic style buildings would be great in the vicinity.

Not against it remaining. However, people need to understand why the hatred exists. Find a picture of it completed in 1955 and look at the surrounding area. Then you might understand why!

It's the best building in Warsaw.
Why?
Because it's the only one in Warsaw if you climb on top of it, you can see the cityscape without the Palace of Culture and Science in it.
