Setas al gusto
1 manojo de flor de calabaza
1/2 cebolla en cubos pequeños
1 diente de ajo finamente picado
Chile verde picado al gusto
Queso Oaxaca/Quesillo
Hoja Santa Entera
En un sartén con poco aceite, sofreír la cebolla, agregar el ajo y el chile verde picado, agregar las setas deshebradas y al final las flores de calabaza. Poner a fuego muy bajo y tapar a qué se cuezan los ingredientes y se sazonen, agregar sal de mar.
Aparte, en un comal, untar muy poco aceite y colocar la hoja Santa a fuego bajo, rellenar la mitad de la hoja con las setas y la flor de calabaza, agregar el quesillo y doblar.
Agregar salsa y a disfrutar!
