No way bro I’m not climbing up in there and nailing stuff down, the want that load secured like that they can do it. The only way I’m doing that is if the company pays an extra 50-75$, it’s just not worth it.

Tried using anti-slip mats and other pallets around the cargo? That should also help to avoid sliding if you don't have any bands or such.
