I had never seen motor rooms upstairs either until recently. They built some new car washes this last year in my town and all of them that were just built have the motor room upstairs. They are also on much smaller lots than the old car washes were before to where I can barely navigate my full size truck around them. I guess land is getting expensive now and smaller footprint is becoming the trend.

The foam brush is exactly how it should be. Lots of foam, just as it should be. The soft hog hair bristles get the dirt off. You donโt need the supply to be runny in order to clean.. after all the brush is supplying chemical. It does take the dirt off with it too.
