I would expect noting less from that fake survival guy. Every episode of man vs wild was BS. He had a whole team of cameraman and a medical team within speaking distance. Les Stroud, aka survivorman, was the real deal. If he needed a shot of him going down the mountain, he would have to climb up, set up camera, film shot, then climb back up to get it. He really was alone in the wilderness. If He's Stroug has his name on a knife, I guarantee it would out cut that gerber pos.

Ok so no it's not a Kabar or Sykes but you people understand that it's a survival tool right?? It's not like a status symbol....it's heavy, it's cheap, it sharpens well, an I'm betting if you were in a bad spot you wouldn't throw it out because you think your skills are just to good for it.

I bought a small one for edc years ago and it performed okay for what I used it for. These days I only run across it in my toolbox drawer. That tells me everything I need to know about it.
I also favor Les Stroud, notwithstanding Sasquatch.

Somebody gave me one of these because i collect knives. I've used it quite a few times for basic stuff and i actually don't hate it. It's not great and the serrations are dumb, but it's held up just fine. I wouldn't buy it though.
