It is the duty of BOTH PARENTS.
Only if BOTH set a good example, give a good education to their children, the world will be a better place.
Men are not out of this.

Mothers are expected to work as if they don't have children so even those who want to be good mothers can't be that because everything is priced for a two income household. And the rest who want dolls to use as accessories are shamed into "getting the real thing", also known as having an actual baby instead of the doll they wanted. The doll that could be their literal mini-me, that only needs them when they want to be needed and that don't have any personalities of their own. Instead, these babies made to be dolls for their mothers get erased and the only option for a relationally dependant person is to conform into whatever they're expected of while abandoning themselves.

I can complain about a lot of things, but getting my nails done is the most trivial of them. I threw my nails out the window when my daughter became a toddler and you get over it pretty fast. More like I am now an entertainer, nanny, housekeeper, doctor, chef, secratary, and therapist without any of the acknowledgment or pay.

The woman who is trying to do it all for the child is going to fail. It's supposed to be a village raises children because no one person has all the answers.
It's not wrong to want to do your hair or nails or have a moment to yourself. What's wrong is making this an either/or. Fathers need to be doing more and childcare should be safe and affordable.
Women need to have a life and be learning about the world or they will be terrible mothers and fail their children.
