• Neru is the one who is hypnotizing them
• there are other characters trapped in Mesmerizer to be hypnotized, the colors may refer to one of them since the yellow or the sun is Neru, if my theory is true then I think the dark blue refers to Kaito, the green to Gumi, the orange to Adachi Rei and Purple to Defoko, (the pink maybe momo but I'm not sure) and maybe each one has a different role depending on their personal problems... Miku is dressed like a maid and her dialogue suggests that someone manipulated her or something, and Teto is dressed like a carnival because maybe her life was not good financially and she was looking for some way to make money... and that's why I think that according to his personal problems they have an aspect in Mesmerizer.
