Plus, there’s the long-term value of owning property in a market like Ontario’s, where demand will likely stay strong in the future.

If you find a home you love and can comfortably afford it, waiting might cost you more in the long run.

🔹 Wait: Rates are high, and there’s speculation they may stabilize or even decrease in the near future. A softening market could mean more favorable pricing down the road.

Patience could pay off—if you're not in a rush, waiting might give you more options and potentially better deals.

My advice?

Focus on what’s right for YOU.

If you’re ready to invest and can manage the current interest rates, this might be your moment.

But - if you're on the fence, waiting could offer a window of opportunity. Either way, staying informed is key!
