No one else will help, hope you will.
I have a question
I ve got a colt 1 year and 6 months old. Was taken from his mum from a very young age of 2-3 months old.
I had him since he was at those months.
Colts name Igoriök
Very special to me, but from a quite some time showing stallion ways behaviors.
I am looking for training him for riding.
Many people and trainers had told me that it is better to geld him.
Me and my husband living in Bulgaria.
The vet told us that at the moment he had only dropped the only one testicle and therefore should drop a second one too into the socrum, also he added that the colt is still young and yet got time to drop a second one.
The colt will become 2 years old up coming September or October and if by that time he hadn't dropped a second one will have to castrate him. Meaning for the vet to cut and take out the testicle that he kept inside and then the one he dropped down.
A bit more complicated castration to when they have two of them present. Even ways will have to castrate him and make sure the second one is being taken out.
Either by the vet cutting and taking it out or if he drops a second one even better will be for the horse and for the vet.
My main question is, in your point of view will he release down the second testicle?
Because very much in need for him to calm down and a bit cut down this Aggression of stallion behaviour, even though he is very young.
At the moment it's very hard with him on the ground and in the stable. Otherwise a beautiful young colt
