I wonder how they chowdered up the flywheel with a push-button start. Does the car have that auto start junk?

there is a bulletin on this where it says to turn the flex plate with the starter off and then turn the flex plate one bolt ahead and put a new starter with gasket fixes the issue, there were too lazy to do that bulletin

You are correct it needs a flywheel they probably gave the job to an inexperience technician.
