Science: Full range of motion doesn't make much of a difference marginal difference... A good form, enough contraction, recovery time, and compound weight approach.. you will have perfect triceps.. the focus should be activating different triceps muscle groups with isolated exercises

Pronated grip.. palm is faced down and activates Trciep and engages forearm But in Supinated grip plam faces upwards and activates your Bicep muscle along with Trcieps.. in either cases all 3 heads of tricpes are active.
