@Kimmykimmy2002. No need to toss, remove seals you may want to reheat Sauce.Wash and rinse everything. Repack jars wipe rims with vinegar and reseal like first time. Process for the new time.
I just redid a batch of Strawberry Jam that was too watery. I was tired and did not let them thicken enough. Dumped them back into pot , washed jars and lids. Cooked them down to desired thickness and re- canned just like first time. All is well.

Before I found your site which I appreciate, I made spaghetti and meat sauce, cooked it for 5 hours then directly put in jars into a boiling waterbath ( they were 500ml) jars , unfortunately a site said 45 minutes, they sealed, that was yesterday I was excited my first time trying , 12 jars , yet now , I found your site and you said 3 hours, so I guess I need to throw out 45 dollars of sauce???

You really are for sure one of my favorite people to watch for this sort of thing. You always make it make sense (😅) and take the confusion out of it for me and because of you and what you put out for us all I have learned that I can “Make it make” So Thank you for doing what you do. It is great encouragement for those of us looking for a more traditional and used for centuries kind of way. ❤ God bless you 🙏🏻
