Real deal on adding the weight! Got a big bootie so that one is very difficult for me even with the weight. My hips are extremely mobile but my legs are strong asim a former gymnast. Vault was always my fave.๐
Here's a fun one. I call it a modified dragon squad. It's half between a curtsy and dragon squat. Do a curtsy, but keep the back foot pointed, sliding it under, rotate 45 degrees toward the front, rather than the 90 degrees needed for the dragon squat. I'm able to do this keeping only the back foot toes on the ground rn and do the full squat that way. Kinda blew my pain management doctor's mind with it.
