See thats why I know Education & honesty is 2 different game. India is not developed because of 99.99% govt officers only because they cant be removed from job. govt officers will complete his 40 years of corruption. Politicians are still scared of public votes and public image and can be replaced every 5 year. I remember a municipality officer was telling us how he created the road and it's his property and public's property not ours his kid was parking his scooty in front of our shop and our customers weren't able to cross the road so they left my dad only said him to park elsewhere and he brought his dad and started fighting with us for the ownership of the road which is pretty insane

Need to overhaul Indian police and bureaucracy , finish red tape, politician hold on police, police trying to become gunda, state politicians delay rejects because center government is different, projects always take decades to complete, Indian courts are a mess. Without fixing all this we can never become superpower or developed nation, and to reach there all this need to be fixed which sadly no party will ever going to do. Freeing police from politicians doesn’t suit any party so that is not going to happen, reducing court time also not going to happen, red tape will decrease but no government is going to remove it. Completing projects on time is the one thing I can hope will change

Extremely true. Everyone works hard to get gov job till they clear exam once they clear exam they feel like god. Trust me these gov people don't have any skills. Just ratta. Look for usa,china ke leader and gov people. Well qualified, well educated, they do there job perfect, properly skilled and just amazing people.
