Medic and amateur fighter here. Left hook hits liver, right hook hits pancreas. If you aim lower and to the left of the solar plexus you can hit the pancreas pretty square on which is one of the most sensitive organs in the body. Ruptures incredibly easy in comparison to the liver and will very quickly crumble people if that happens. Bas Rutten had an amazing fight where he TKOd someone with a palm strike that ruptured the other guys pancreas.
