So easy and delicious, only 5 ingredients.
Some people complain that the juice pulp is lacking in nutrition which is true, but they are high in fiber and if you drink the juice and eat the pulp, in balance it's just like eating the whole fruit or vegetable but with fun and creative twists.
So don't throw your leftover pulp.
Ingredients:
5 dl juice pulp
6 egg
1 tsp salt
black pepper
vegetable oil
Method:
Whisk the eggs, then add the juice pulp,salt and black pepper.
Mix together then fry.
Serve with lingonberry jam or your favorite jam.
