Well lesson timeee. Vietnam, Laos and China is now more of mixed as they all adopted capitalism and only keep the political regime communist. So these 3 are more of a mixed economy/Social Democrats or Socialist ideal. But North Korea and Cuba stay fully Communist. So you should call China, Vietnam and Laos as Socialist country, as they are functioning under capitalism and stay communist within the government only. But the other two, I agree with North Korea is more like authoritarian communist and Cuba more of liberal communist. Actually Vietnam and Laos are the least communism in all communist country, as we adopted all human rights and free speech, equal right and even LGBTQ right are all protected. Russia or some country in African is more communism than those two... So hope this help you understand more ππ
