My Guruji has explained it so well. In all the talks he emphasised on the mind and thoughts. We must constantly focus on mind and thoughts. Guruji has told me many tips and techniques which I would like to share from his book Power of Thoughts
Sakshi Bhav- focus on your mind and the thoughts it generates. Check the emotions and triggers. Don’t react and listen to it. Slowly and gradually the mind will start listening to you.
Another tip is Practice and Detachment suggested by Shri Krishna Bhagwan in Gita.
It’s been 4 years, under his guidance, my life changed totally and now my mind is in control and it still tricks me but I don’t allow it to overpower me.
Gurudev is giving pure and selfless gyan. If we don’t implement then it’s an insult for him. We are not respecting him and also it shows we are more egoistic than him.
Think of right eye as Guru and left eye as Bhagwan. Focus on that and do Karm

These things were told to me during my school days by my teachers and elders...to teach such basic things you dont need to dress like ancient sage....oops! These farzi babas...tell us something about astromy or space science taught in ancient Indian universities like Taxila, teach those Poems and medicine science of vedic periods... Teach us knowledges we lost in burnt Nalanda University. Recover those knowledge of world and beyond world which, Taxila, Nalanda, etc prevailed.
I have nothing to do with your dress code. But what you teach will be always concerned.
