Why do Chi Sao? 1. To develop sensitivity upon contact. 2. To develop a reaction time faster than your opponent/assailants’. 3. To develop a springiness in your limbs that always goes towards disrupting their centerline and centerpoint of balance. Here we are both going easy (not much forward intention)
