I run a door installation small business. I throw away multiple of these slabs per month in great condition. Most of which are still factory primed never painted. Watching this makes me think maybe I should put the best ones on marketplace lol

I’m conflicted, because sometimes homeowners want the most affordable option for their project but also want the best quality In the least amount of time possible. This is the result of that. The other side is, Painting companies charging the price for doing it right and then end up doing it all wrong.

It's because the walls were dirty and full of dust when they painted. Has nothing to do with priming it.

I’m a contractor who replaces windows and doors. I installed 4 windows in one big opening with extension jambs and casing built on site. I was paid about $1000. The painter they hired charged $2300. I’m in the wrong business.
