Yes we need to use frameworks in PM interviews. But we can't use them blindly.

There is not a one size fits all framework. There isn't a perfect framework.

What is my most preferred framework? I can't say, because it depends.

I have a general framework that I use in my group coaching program, but it's a lot more broad than other frameworks, because it really depends on the prompt.

You will feel more at east in your next PM interviews after I walk you through my thought process in the next group coaching cohort I am running, in about 2 weeks.
