A lot of people tell us to learn sql but don't tell until where?
Sometimes i am thinking that i need to do a deep dive on sql until the low level languages etc or like complex things for a data engineer.
Please do the same for other skills like python

I guess you have never come across 1000 line SQL procs as yet. Python is great but SQL has a very important part in large data. Also Spark is way more powerful than python for massive data processing.
