🍌🫐High Protein Blueberry Breakfast Bake 🫐🍌

A high protein breakfast before caffeine is one of my TOP hormone balancing habits for women 😍

Not only does it set your blood sugar off on a good note
But is actually supportive of cortisol balance and circadian rhythm as well 😊

Gone are the days of women pounding black coffee and pre workout before the sun rises β˜€οΈ πŸ‘‰The Balanced Women KNOW that working WITH your body’s natural rhythm supports a healthy body weight, happier hormones, stable energy and no wild sugar cravings!

RECIPE
2 mashed bananas
2 scoops protein powder (I use @canadianprotein Whey Isolate in Canadian Maple 🀀🍁)
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop L-Gluatmine for gut loving benefits from @canadianprotein as well
2 cups oats
2 cups milk or water
1 cup blueberries
3 tbsp Greek yogurt mixed with stevia for the topping 🀍

Mix all ingredients except yogurt in a nonstick baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 35-45 mins until knife in centre comes out clean. Top with yogurt and enjoy!!

Stores in fridge for 1 week - simply warm up 😊
