I loved the tips for sleeping better! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but lately I've been listening to the music on the Dreamy lullaby channel before bed and it's made all the difference! The songs are super relaxing and help me to quiet my mind and fall asleep more quickly. I highly recommend the channel for anyone looking to improve their sleep quality

In your opinion, is it better to get outdoors very soon after waking, even if it’s cloudy and the UV index is only 1, or to wait a couple of hours when the UV index will be much higher, to take one’s morning walk - and, if so, will that still reset your circadian rhythm/system?

Just wanted to say from my own experiencing for the past three years, that no matter how many books you read, how many sleep strategies you follow, if the problem you are undergoing does NOT get solved, you will toss and toss and sleep will not come. The minute I put my head on the pillow is WHEN my problem starts and goes on and on and in my head trying to solve and find solutions. I have really taking this sleep issue very seriously, I now engaged in swimming, and as the weather improves I will start walking. It has been very very difficult for me …. Lack of sleep has indeed affected my health. I do not know WHAT to do next …

I am going to try these tips I have struggled with sleep for over 2 years because my brother was ill for 5 months then he died 😢.Then I had a problem with my back and hips in pure hell to sleep 😴 and struggling to get out of bed 🛏️ and walk now I am trying to get some mobility and try to start to early walks again .
