Yes there were so many Geass users at the end but because it built up gradually and all of them had a purpose, i never considered it a down side. For me, the time where Luluch had to date a girl every second was the most awkward and unnecessary feeling part but even it was kinda funny and took up little time so it was ok.
It is such a great show and it shows from me trying to find faults at scenes that i didn't mind while watching at all because it is overall amazing
