I had the same problem with my jaw not looking too great. So i asked my gym partner what he did to get his jaw to look so good and he gave me this trick and told me to use it to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. He told me to go around the gym after finishing each work out and blow as many guys as would pay me for it as possible and charge them 20 bucks each for it so not only did i get a really good jaw work out and plenty of protein to help promote muscle growth after a grueling workout, but i was also earning my gym membership fees while working out. Worked like a charm too.
