I can relate... I had a woman who could not apologize. In fact, when I noticed this shortcoming, she started by attacking me out of the blue.. she never apologized for it. In fact, she treated it like some victory over me... she refused to even talk about the reasons for the verbal attacks.... It became a pattern, one I could not stomach... Eventually, I gave her her marching orders... there was no future there...

I just went through this very thing.
I tried to go back and talk it through, she still would acknowledge a clear wrong. So I'm done ... I did my part. The Bible says if your friends ought against you. Go back and make surety thy friendship. I tried... she did it again; I'm moving on I did my part. I still love her, and I pray for her. ๐๐พ๐น๐

It's not just the apology needed, they'll have to make concessions to prove it is sincere and it will have to be for a time duration. If they are not willing to comply, leave and don't look back.

I found myself in this situation. It's very hard to spit out cos she is a very good woman, we have been in this relationship for over 7 years now and I'm planning on settling down with her very soon.
Anytime we argue she always want to be the victim ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ๐ and always want me to apologize first. I apologize a lot in this relationship and she doesn't agree to that still. I tried to make her see these things but she feels I'm trying to get back at her, it's really disheartening. I end up giving her some time to cool off and then make things work out.

I work with a woman like this. She has made me the target of her misplaced anger. She also has characteristics of a narcissist. I know people attribute that word to everybody but this one. She's fighting for a position no one is fighting for. Girl, go sit down.
