I used only the X2 studs cheat code, in the pause screen It shows 0/11 Red bricks, Will this prevent me from unlocking Deadpool?

Using cheat codes prevent you from getting 100% though right?
On one play through, I used them and got stuck at 99.99%. Then on another, I got 100% completion without using them.
