Girl, they call them “baby nurses.” For a reason. Yes, they are future nurses, however every good nurse learned from an even better one. You will take some crap being the “young” nurse because you still have so much to learn that books and a classroom can’t teach. No. You don’t have to take attitude and you can go job hop and get that bonus and hopefully maybe some seasoned nurse will be willing to take you under their wing and show you things they had to learn in the craziest, saddest or even worst moments of their career.
