ご飯 どんぶり2杯分
刻みのり 適量
すりごま白 大さじ1
青とうがらし 2本
醤油 大さじ2
みりん 大さじ1
ごま油 大さじ1/2
【作り方】
醤油、みりん、ごま油、小口切りにした青唐辛子を混ぜます。カツオを厚めにカットし、漬けダレに10分漬けます。きゅうり、青じその千切り、みょうがの薄切りを水にさらし水けを切ります。たくわんの千切りも混ぜ、すりごまを加えて混ぜます。ご飯に刻みのり、カツオ、薬味を盛り付け完成です。
