“By taking time for prayer every day, by placing ourselves at the foot of our Lord, we allow ourselves to be the means by which Christ works in the world. And we don’t know what our prayers may help someone out with. Someone we don’t even know, we may never meet until eternity. Our prayers are powerful. They bear fruit. And if we focus on what is in front of us at the moment, if we allow ourselves to give up our worries, and see what is our Lord placing in front of us, we will be faithful to him. We will bear fruit in our lives. And we ourselves will be able to spend eternity at the foot of our Lord, Jesus Christ.”
