The laminated flash cards is a good idea. Even adding them into a 3 ring binder book / pad would be handy. I lke your note pad too. Very professional looking!

I love laminated documents for rugged waterproof durability. I've also been putting documents in zip top bags and dropping those into heat sealed (completely waterproof) bags, either clear 6 mil polyethylene or aluminized Mylar bags for the Open In Case Of Emergency packets. The inner zip top bag allows the contents to be resealed while the outer bag provides a long term durable storage option for emergency items in an ammo can in my truck, in the bottom of a pack, etc.

As a new ham who has only memorized my club's repeater settings, I'm most interested in your laminated cards. Are those templates for sale? I could whip one up myself, but my ADD kicks in and I get lost in the weeds for an hour! 😂 There's sooo much cool stuff to learn
