Looks good to me. After the contact, cue ball slightly follows forward in the same direction as the stripe meaning it came of the tangent line of the solid. If the stripe was contacted first, the cue ball should hit the solid almost full in the face and stop it dead or if there was a tiny bit of a cut, roll slightly towards the short rail/two balls that are stuck together. At least thats my understanding of the situation.

clean shot. Cue ball moved to the right because it hit the 3 first. If it had hit that stripe first, the cueball would have moved to the left

I think it’s legal as the cue ball goes to the right, which I think would indicate the 3 ball(pocketed) was hit first. But if the 3 was not his ball then it’s a foul. If there is no clear indication of which ball was hit first the benifit goes towards the shooter in that case.

The solid seems to move first before the stripe so I would say legal shot.

Since the solid ball is moving with a higher speed, this indicates that it was hit first. The shot looks good to me..

Looks good. Tough to call a foul on. I’ve had guys put slow mo cams on shots like these lol

Very legal! The cue rolls slightly to the right which is the tangent of the solid. Edit: These answers show how little people understand the "simple" rules of pool physics. Even those who agreed that it was legal didn't quite get the right explanation. Yankyyyy probably gave the most clear-cut answer. An issue with deciphering these fouls is that the frame rate can be misleading, though in this chase one can deduce what happened due to the line the cue was on after contact.

Looks to be slowed down a bit. Would like to see it in real time. As is, it looks like a push shot off the rail.

Not good. The other ball moved straight ahead into the rail. If it was a good hit it would have moved to the right.

That's a clear foul. You can see it hits the stripes first. That's why the cue ball stops when it contacts the solid.
