The west needs to be more clear what they want the result of the war to be, and how committed it is to assisting Kyiv to achieve it. The west is not communicating clearly, (if it has a defined goal at all), and its ambiguity is not giving the Kremlin enough reason to reconsider it’s war.

Ukraine sent 60k soldiers equipped with NATO tanks, APCs and howitzers to capture a tiny village of Rabotino which literally has 3 streets. They captured half the village after 2 months and lost almost all the equipment and more than half of the force. At this rate, Ukraine will need 5 million men army just to capture a single oblast. Anyone who listens to a bunch of armchair generals running NATO will lose, they are only good at bombing goat herders from afar, they are not good at actual modern combat, that's just a new reality of 2023.

Yes, they need to negotiate. But the negotiation is Russia leaving the ENTIRE territory of Ukraine and paying reparations.
